"Reliable delivery, just a small delay on the email"
I ordered from bymayberry after a friend recommended them, and overall it was a smooth experience. The tracking updated after about a day, and the parcel arrived exactly when it said it would, so I didn’t have to chase anything up. The only reason I’d give it 4 stars is because the dispatch email took a little longer than expected, which made me wonder for a minute if everything was okay. But it arrived safely and on time, so I’d definitely use them again.

"Refund came through"
I did get my refund in the end, but it took a few days to show up (not instant, unfortunately). Overall, it was handled fine, just required a little patience.

"Tracking Was Spot On"
I ordered from bymayberry and had a really smooth experience. The tracking updates were accurate the whole time, and my package arrived exactly on the day it said it would. I didn’t have to keep guessing or constantly checking for changes, which I really appreciated.

"Pretty easy shopping experience"
I found what I needed without too much trouble. One of the colors I wanted was sold out, which was a little disappointing, but it wasn’t a big deal since most of the sizes were still available. Overall, it was a good experience.

Just a heads up for anyone using this site: my payment worked fine, but the pages were loading slowly the whole time. It wasn’t a complete dealbreaker, but it definitely made the experience more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Customer service took way too long"
I really wanted to like this shop, but the customer service was slow. I messaged them about my order and then just didn’t hear anything back for days. When they finally did reply, it was super short and didn’t really answer everything I asked. It wasn’t the worst experience ever or anything, but yeah, it made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be...

It looked different from what I thought I was getting, so I was a bit disappointed. Maybe I missed some details somewhere, but the way it was shown/described felt kind of misleading to me.

"I thought the price was fair for…"
I thought the price was fair for what I got. It’s not the cheapest option out there... but the quality seems solid, so it felt worth it to me. Shipping was okay too, nothing amazing but no real complaints. I’d probably buy it again if I needed something similar.

"I thought the deals were going to be..."
I thought the deals were going to be better based on the promos, but once I got to checkout, the discount was way smaller than I expected. A couple of codes didn’t even work for me, which made it more frustrating. I was hoping to save a decent amount, but the difference was barely noticeable. Kind of a letdown, and I probably won’t go out of my way to check their sales again.

I was expecting the color to match the pictures well, and it did. In person it looks almost the same, just a tiny bit warmer than I thought it would be.

"My order arrived fine, but I kind of…"
My order arrived fine, but I kind of wish the packaging had been done with a bit more care. The box was slightly bent and the tape looked like it was slapped on in a hurry. Thankfully nothing inside was damaged, so it worked out, but for the price I’m regretting expecting a little more from the packing. It did the job, just not as neatly as I hoped

"I expected these to feel comfortable right…"
I expected these to feel comfortable right out of the box, but they were a little stiff at first. After wearing them a bit and giving them time to break in, they became much more comfortable. Overall, I’m happy with them, just don’t expect instant comfort on day one.

"Exchange process was a headache"
I tried to exchange my order from bymayberry, it was not easy at all. The steps felt confusing, and I kept having to double-check what I was supposed to do next?? It took way longer than I expected, and getting clear help wasn’t exactly simple either. Maybe other people have had better luck, but for me, the whole exchange process was just a headache.

I don’t think I was being difficult or expecting too much, but the communication was a bit confusing. I had to ask twice just to get some basic information, which felt unnecessary. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, but I do think it could’ve been handled a lot better
